Author Guidelines

Title

Title should be written in Times New Roman, 15pt (Maximum 12 words, in Indonesian, not in bold).

The title must be clear, concise, and informative, representing the content of the article. It should not exceed 12 words, be written in 15pt font, not bold, and only the first letter of each word should be capitalized.

Authors' names should be written clearly without academic titles. All authors’ email addresses must be displayed. If the corresponding author is not the first author, an asterisk (*) should be added next to their email address.

Abstract [Times New Roman 10]

The abstract should summarize the background, research objectives, methodology, findings, and main conclusions. The abstract in Indonesian should be written in justified alignment, followed by the English abstract in the same format, using single spacing in a single-column format.

The word "Abstract" should be in Times New Roman 10pt, bold, left-aligned, with only the first letter capitalized. The abstract text should be written in Times New Roman 9pt, single-spaced, and should not exceed 250 words.

After the Indonesian abstract, provide 3 to 6 keywords or phrases, which should be a subset of the title, separated by commas. Then, proceed with the main text of the manuscript.

Keywords

Keywords should consist of 3 to 6 words/phrases, preferably derived from the manuscript title, and separated by commas.

Manuscript Structure

The manuscript should be structured as follows:

1. Introduction

2. Research Methods (including analysis, architecture, methods used to solve the problem, and implementation)

3. Results and Discussion

4. Conclusion

5. Acknowledgments (if any)

6. References

The Introduction should address the following questions [2,3]:

• Background of the study

• Brief literature review on related research

• Rationale for conducting the research

• Research objectives

This section should highlight the state of the art, gap analysis, and novelty of the research. Avoid discussing an extensive literature review or general definitions.

Research Methodology

Clearly explain the preparation methods and characterization techniques used. The description should be concise yet precise, including details such as size, volume, replication, and execution techniques.

For new methods, a detailed explanation should be provided so that other researchers can replicate the experiment. For established methods, references to prior studies should be cited [4-6].

Manuscript Length

• Manuscripts should be written on A4-sized paper.

• Minimum 6 pages (excluding references) and maximum 15 pages (including tables and figures).

• Paragraph spacing 6pt.

• Formatting must follow the writing style outlined in this guide.

Results and Discussion

• Present research findings in a logical sequence to build a coherent narrative.

• Display facts and data without discussion.

• Use tables and figures but do not repeat the same data in multiple formats (e.g., avoid redundancy between figures, tables, and text).

• To clarify explanations, subheadings can be used.

The Discussion should:

• Explain the underlying principles, relationships, and generalizations based on the results.

• Address the research question.

• If there are uncertain results, they should be presented objectively.

Manuscript Layout

• The easiest way to format the manuscript is to directly use this guide as a template.

• Avoid numbering (1, 2, 3, a, b, c, etc.) in the manuscript discussion; instead, use descriptive sentences.

• Avoid bullet points or unordered lists using symbols like *, √, etc.

• Ensure no blank pages within the manuscript.

To facilitate fast processing by the editors, ensure the manuscript is properly formatted according to these guidelines.

Tables

• Tables should be numbered sequentially (Table 1, Table 2, etc.).

• The table title should be centered above the table, in Times New Roman 8pt, not bold, and not colored.

• The table content should also be in Times New Roman 8pt.

• Tables must be referenced within the text.

• Do not use vertical lines in tables.

Figures

• Figures should be numbered sequentially (Figure 1, Figure 2, etc.).

• The figure title should be centered below the figure, in Times New Roman 8pt.

• Figures must be referenced within the text.

Equations

• Equations should be clearly written using an equation editor.

• Equation numbering should be included.

• Variable explanations should be written in paragraph form, not in a list format.

Program Listings

• Use Lucida Console 8pt for program listings and algorithm designs to ensure a fixed-width layout.

Page Specifications

• Use Times New Roman for the entire manuscript.

• Follow the font sizes specified in this guide.

• Single-spacing should be used.

• Text should be justified (left and right alignment).

• Page size: A4 (210mm x 297mm).

• Margins: 25mm (top, bottom, left, and right).

The easiest way to format the manuscript is to write directly in the journal’s template.

Conclusion

• The conclusion must not contain references.

• It should summarize the key findings, answer the research questions, and state the implications and applications.

• If necessary, provide recommendations for future research.

• The conclusion should be written in paragraph form, not as a numbered list.

Acknowledgments (if any)

• Mention funding sources and institutions that provided support.

References

• It is highly recommended to use Mendeley/Zotero for reference management.

• All references must be cited in the manuscript.

• At least 10 primary and recent references (from the last 5 years) should be included.

• References should be formatted in IEEE citation style, using Times New Roman 8pt.
